Our mission is to bring women together through workshops, webinars, dive deeper retreats, and gatherings by connecting local groups and ministries that have awesome and exciting things to connect us. We want to help you discover your passion and live it out. This is YOUR faith journey!

We will also impact our communities by collectively giving back to local charities. Uniting together we can make a difference.

Sunday Burquest is Grit Girl. Sunday is a wife, mother of four, inspirational speaker, breast cancer survivor and reality tv personality. Diagnosed with breast cancer in April of 2012, she endured multiple surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation and a bout with depression. A culmination of difficult life circumstances, led Sunday to the realization she was much stronger than she imagined; she discovered her grit.

Taking her new-found strength to the next level, she followed a life-long dream to audition for and was then cast to compete on the television series Survivor: Millennials vs Gen-X (2016). After Survivor, she knew she had a message others needed to hear. Sunday made the decision to step away from 25 years of ministry to pursue speaking full-time and by drawing on her personal experiences, she is reaching audiences of all ages with a message of strength, hope and grit.

Sunday is the author of, “Grit Girl Power to Survive, Inspired by Grace”, walking the reader through her journey to finding grit while, providing a path for them to do the same. She is passionate about audience’s understanding her grit is a direct result of her relationship with Jesus. He equips every person with the strength and confidence to follow their dreams and ultimately, His plan for their lives - in Him we discover our GRIT.


Ashley Darkenwald, MS, CPT, PES, loves pizza! And ice cream with peanut butter, and chocolate chip cookies. Years ago, Ashley realized that she was addicted to sugar and junk food nearly her whole life . . . and has paid the price with weight struggles, allergies, adult acne, and joint pain. Ashley started a journey to discover what it means to live a balanced, abundant life full of colorful nutrition, functional fitness, and deep spirituality. Ashley is passionate to share her health secrets with everyone! With more than twelve years as a certified personal trainer and as an award-winning author, business owner, and mother of three, Ashley continues her journey of lifelong learning and growing as a small business consultant, empowering entrepreneurs and managers to create healthy environments for team members and clients.


Carrin Mahmood has been the Director of Women's Ministry at St. Andrew's Lutheran church since 2000. She has run various ministries including "Women On the Edge" an adventure ministry which challenged her to get out of her comfort zone, but more importantly to bring others with her.

When she's not leading Women on the Edge trips you can find her running St. Andrew's newest homeless shelter in Hugo, painting, reading, or walking with her two goofy dogs. She is blessed with great husband three awesome children, the best son-in-law anyone could ask for and a soon to be spoiled granddaughter.


T.J. TisonAs an advisor and catalyst, T.J. Tison has spent the past decade as a business leader in the small business sector, helping small business owners grow their business by helping them find and fix the pinch points holding them back.

T.J. is also the Founder and Executive Director of Working Women of Faith, a non-profit organization that equips women to win at work and soar in faith through monthly meetings around the Twin Cities providing resources for integrating faith into every area of life, and a community space where women can feel safe and free to be themselves.

T.J. is the author of "Killing Wonder Woman: Setting Weary Women Free to Win at Work and Soar in Faith" (2017). T.J. uses her speaking gifts to bring practical, real-life truth into action for people in businesses, organizations, and faith-based communities.
