About Jay Bennett:

Jay has had a faith integrated legal/business career for 40 years. In 1983 at the age of 34, he created a private foundation to support Christian ministries. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of The National Christian Foundation (NCF), headquartered in Atlanta. The NCF is the world's largest faith based provider of donor advised funds.

Jay is also the founder and Chair of the National Christian Foundation Twin Cities, one of 30 NCF affiliates around the country. The NCF serves over 20,000 donor partners who utilize NCF donor advised funds for gifts of cash, publicly traded stock, and closely held business interests. The NCF received $3.3 billion in contributions in 2021 with $2.4 billion going out to more than 42,000 non-profit organizations. The NCF Twin Cities offices are in Centennial Lakes in Edina. 

Jay and his wife of 51 years, Sally, live in Eden Prairie. They have three married sons and nine grandchildren; all of whom live in Minneapolis.
