Founder and principal of Roselle Leadership Strategies, Bruce Roselle, PhD is a committed Christian who has for more than 30 years been a thought leader in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching and pre-hire psychological assessment. He serves non-profits, churches, higher education organizations, and other organizations in the marketplace.

Driven by a personal desire to see Christian leaders benefit from Jesus's approach to leadership and achieve their greatest possible level of success, Bruce helps them lead fearlessly and wholeheartedly in all areas of their lives. His passion is helping individuals lead genuinely from the core of who they are, with a deep sense of purpose, mission, and focus.

Author of the book Wholehearted Leadership: A Toolbelt for Christian Leaders (2025), Bruce also developed the FULLVIEW Feedback InventoryTM (360 degree instrument), the Great Leaders workshop series, various articles, and four books, including The GreatLeader Handbook (2000), Vital Truths (2002), Fearless Leadership (2006), and The Fraud Factor (2016). In 2007, Fearless Leadership was given Best Business Book and Best Self-Help Book awards from independent publisher associations (international and regional). Bruce is a sought-after speaker at professional conferences and corporate events.
